Statware’s dmEDI™ is the universal, patent-pending “web services” platform designed specifically for the list industry by Statware and the Chief Technology Officers of several major list brokerage and management companies.
dmEDI allows for EVERY broker/manager/bureau transaction document type (samples, clearances, orders, revisions, billing, CV’s, adjustments, etc.) to be moved over the Internet in a secure, fully-audited and dash-boarded web service. These dmEDI™ transactions move DIRECTLY from system to system between ANY other dmEDI™ compliant (Statware or non-Statware) broker/manager/bureau system with no disruption of your local “legacy” system and the established practices of your office.
With dmEDI hundreds of thousands of keystrokes, costly mistakes and expensive overhead are eliminated. dmEDI results in major improvements in turn-around times and service levels all the while while reducing sales and service expense. Specifically, it is estimated that the average per order (and related steps) costs are approximately $125 per order.
